Although the primary focus is on horticulture and preservation, it has also become a popular destination for relaxation and recreation. Gardenview Horticultural Park features a variety of facilities and activities, which make it enjoyable for everyone. The park has some of Ohio’s most beautiful woodland and wetlands for nature lovers, complete with various trees and bushes, a picturesque stream, small animals and birds, and plenty of trails. There are also two flower gardens – one for perennials and another for annuals – filled with colorful blooms from April to October. Gardenview’s facilities include picnic tables, a children’s playground, and a concert stage. Additionally, the park has several ongoing programs, such as bird watching, nature classes, and arts and crafts.
